Sudheer brings to the team a legacy and wealth of knowledge, which can be matched by few. Having been in the F&B industry for over six decades, he runs Mumbai’s top rated, award-winning restaurant- Khyber, that’s recently been brewing up a storm in Dubai’s hospitality industry too. He is the mastermind behind Khyber’s-and Mumbai’s – iconic dishes like Paneer Korma and the Kyber Raan. With all the years of experience, hard work and perseverance behind him, it would be an understatement to call him a pioneer in the industry. He brings his hunger for perfection and keen eye for detail to RISA Hospitality’s Board, as Chairman and Managing Director, and assists his son, Ishaan Bahl, in running an executing their projects. Undoubtedly, with Sudheer at the helm, the bar is set high!

Ishaan, who drives operations at RISA, is a concoction of academic know-how and modern-day experimentation. A graduate of Marshall Business School, with honours in business development and entrepreneurship, Ishaan has always eyed the hospitality industry. Along with his strong academic background, Ishaan has a firm hold on global and local contemporary trends. He uses his theoretical expertise and practical experience, coupled with research, to create the 145 experience that appeals to all age groups alike. The fact that he has already featured in “Vogue’s most successful entrepreneurs under 30″ and “Forbes most successful entrepreneurs under 25″ speaks volumes about his vision and drive to make RISA one of the biggest names in the hospitality sector.
